Session Type: Preconference Workshop
Delivery Format: Industry Led

For institutional attendees only

Navigating enterprise transformation requires more than technology—it demands intentional change management. This interactive workshop guides participants through a structured approach to change, tailored to three key perspectives:

  • Prospective Organizations – Learn how to assess readiness, engage stakeholders, and prepare executive sponsors from pre-implementation through go-live. Identify common adoption challenges and build a foundation for successful transformation.
  • Customers – Explore strategies for maximizing adoption, sustaining change, and continuously improving processes throughout your ERP journey. Gain insights into super-user networks, hyper-care, and metrics that measure adoption success.
  • AI-Enabled Transformation – Understand how AI impacts business processes and user behavior. Address concerns around transparency, trust, and decision-making while designing training, communications, and adoption strategies for AI-driven capabilities.

The workshop will also feature a customer panel Q&A, providing participants with the opportunity to engage directly with peers to discuss successes, challenges, and lessons learned from real-world Workday implementations.
