Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster
Here at West Chester University, managing computer upgrade life cycles is a complex process involving approvals, procurement, asset management, and secure disposal. We worked to transform this often-chaotic process by both updating our computer upgrade policy as well as implementing a comprehensive workflow in ServiceNow. This poster session visually showcases our end-to-end computer upgrade and replacement process, from the initial user request to the final, secure recycling of the old device. Attendees will see the clear decision points, automated tasks, and role-based fulfillment paths that have increased our efficiency, improved transparency for our community, and ensured compliance with asset and data security policies.
