Leading Through the Fog: Practical Tools for Ambiguous Times — A Leadership Ecosystem Workshop
In this interactive Change Clinic, led by NERCOMP's Leadership Ecosystem committee, participants will explore how to lead change in times of uncertainty, from wherever they sit in their organization. The session draws on simple, widely applicable principles of human behavior during change with a lens on different leadership approaches. Through a case study–driven structure and with two breakout discussions, attendees will examine the key drivers of change, distinguish what is within their control vs. outside their control, and practice how different leader types can collaborate to guide complex, evolving initiatives.
Participants will leave with practical insights, a clearer understanding of how to respond to ambiguity, and one small, actionable leadership move to apply in their next change conversation.
