Seeing the growing need for quality online instruction and stronger faculty engagement, our institution launched a peer review beta group to foster collaboration between adjunct and full-time faculty. The goal was to improve the quality of online courses, enhance student success, and build a more inclusive teaching community. Faculty participated in a two-week micro-course that covered how to conduct a peer review and use a rubric to evaluate their own course and a mock course. They were then were paired with a colleague to conduct a formative course review. This process opened a dialogue with the Instructional Design team to support course updates.
