Given the resource pressures and challenges faced by higher education institutions, how can we best maximize the cost-effectiveness and value of enterprise and administrative systems and services? As we set the stage for the event's conversations, we will present three different frameworks for defining and maximizing that value and set aside time for participants to discuss their own experiences in these areas.
