Based on the ECAR Maturity Model, this session will allow attendees to divide into groups to work on issues related to analytics. Topics may include cultural issues, governance, process, or expertise. Facilitated by senior leaders from IT and business, attendees will explore ways to move the needle on their analytics strategies, regardless of current institutional maturity level.
