Years of research have identified the concept of behavior styles as a major factor in successful leadership. Recognizing behaviors and understanding the needs of people who exhibit those behaviors help create more effective work and personal relationships. This session will build awareness of the different styles and discuss ways to communicate more clearly, accomplish desired change, and modify your own behavior when working with each style.
