Post Implementation Blues

The implementation of large administrative ERP system is challenging and exhausting, but there comes a time to finally declare the task completed and to throw a party. Many of the end users really believe the job is done, but those of us involved in the technology effort and our partners in the key functional departments know better. Postimplementation challenges can lead to "the blues." This presentation will discuss the challenges the UW-Madison team encountered and how they worked through them.
