IT Governance: Establishing Who Decides

Wednesday, May 23 | 9:00PM–9:00PM
Session Type: Resources
Decision making about IT can be confusing, especially in complex institutions such as universities that typically use shared governance approaches. Designing a simple and clear approach to IT governance will lead to increased effectiveness. This presentation will provide an overview of IT governance (including its importance and challenges) and discuss how you can develop and use your own model.
