The traditional "buy or build" decision is gone. Open source, community relationships, and service oriented architectures have changed the landscape of enterprise systems. We now must "buy, build, borrow, and use." Through this complexity of decisions, we hope to deliver simplicity of use and integration to our constituents. This session will explore the aspects of making the right decisions.
