We don't know what the future brings. Shrinking budgets have resulted in difficult decisions to cut technologies, services, and staff without assurance that these resources will ever be restored. With ongoing collaboration with other campuses and institutions, we must consider how to weave funding cuts into our daily routines and vocabularies. Reinvesting these savings into new initiatives could turn us into healthier and more vibrant IT organizations.
