Successful IT seamlessly spans enterprise servers, end-user devices, and networking. Campus IT has succeeded largely because we have controlled all three. Yet we're losing control of the first to the cloud, the second to personal phones, tablets, and notebooks, and the third to cellular providers. If we don't control, how do we manage? If we don't manage, how do we lead?
