Combined Strategies: Portfolio Management, Governance, and Service Management

Aligning a university's IT organization to create a unified strategic approach requires organizational design and campus engagement. We will discuss one approach to creating a combined strategic model to support the inextricable connection of portfolio management processes, service management, and governance structure. We will focus on the intersection of these pieces and the benefits and pitfalls of them not working together. Participants will engage in conversation around developing new frameworks to provide focused, proactive, and strategic community support through evolving strategic design and processes.
