Human Resources and Information Technology Services Collaboration

Addressing staff-related opportunities and challenges within the IT organization depends on the successful collaboration between the human resources and IT. The collaboration can serve as a model for university-wide organizational development. This presentation focuses on the concerted, collaborative efforts of HR/IT leadership at Eastern Connecticut State University and four specific strategies that were developed, as well as future activities.
