Technology as a Lever to Support the Teaching Improvement of Senior Faculty

Can teaching technologies offer a unique avenue for senior faculty vitality and renewal? This session presents the results of eight-year study of a teaching technology faculty development program. We will present a profile of the program, the ranges of teaching technology projects undertaken, and the outcomes in terms of the teaching and career development of senior faculty.
