Medaille College in Buffalo chose to provide constituent services in partnership with Drexel University in Philadelphia. Drexel hosts SCTBanner, WebCTVista, e-mail, and portal for Medaille. Drexel installed systems in nine months, providing training, support, and business process reengineering. Drexel continues to support and mentor Medaille to improve the quality of service and efficiencies.
