Web-Based Information Management on a Shoestring Budget

Service groups face many administrative challenges such as surveying users' needs, collaboratively authoring written materials, and making services conveniently accessible. To meet these challenges with limited resources, we leverage free and homegrown Web software for user surveys, registration tracking, and handout authoring and management.
