Simmons College has developed a multiyear Web Services Master Plan, which provides a planning and implementation framework, including timeline, budget, and resources, for building scalable Web services in the coming years. This comprehensive approach has yielded realistic project planning, increased resources, and outside grant funding from the Davis Educational Foundation.
