Saint Michael's College developed institutional analytics that draw data from the College's operations dashboard and industry databases. The analytics have been used successfully by senior management for reporting, assessment, planning, and action. The college used commonly available software that either was already licensed or had modest incremental cost to create these systems. The development of the analytics model complements our branding study, the development of a new strategic plan, and NEASC review in 2010.
