Desktop Security: Survey Results and Recommendations

As part of the October 22 Desktop Security and Management SIG, participants answered a desktop management and security survey before and after the SIG. The results of the survey and comparative answers will be reviewed and made available as part of this presentation.Recommendations for desktop professionals regarding security initiatives began with interviews the presenter conducted with security professionals within NERCOMP and the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA). These recommendations will be outlined in the posters with statistical support from the survey data.
