Disaster recovery planning involves planning for what is acceptable in terms of data loss and service availability, then establishing processes to deliver those expectations and testing those processes regularly. We will present the planning and resources that have gone into building a centralized disaster recovery service solution that services VMWare and physical Intel-based servers using a private, shared cloud computing resource.
