Now that the Apple iPad has become a more common piece of hardware on campus, new support issues have arisen, with support tending to fall on IT professionals. This presentation will address supporting the iPad for staff and faculty and lessons learned at MassArt. Our goal is to review the issues we have uncovered so that your staff will be better prepared to support this device.
