Professional Development/Staff Management Discussion Session

The EDUCAUSE Professional Development/Staff Management Constituency Group invites you to an in-person discussion during the NERCOMP conference. Share ideas and concerns about professional development and staff management issues and programs. Join an open discussion on the current issues facing IT and library professionals involved in some aspect of professional development or staff management. Bring your questions, share your accomplishments in the implementation of PD programming in the workplace, and meet your peers who are facing similar issues and concerns. Examples will be given of PD offerings at the local, regional, and national levels.
