Resource Planning (Scheduling Resources to Projects)

Resource planning allows for projects to be scheduled and tracked effectively. At Berklee College of Music, we added a resource planning process to our existing processes. This session will explore the reasons to consider adding a resource planning process. It will cover lessons learned as we implemented resource planning for our applications development team, as well as the necessary inputs and benefits, such as valuable metrics.
