Web Rearchitecture Project: Lessons Learned

The presentation of project plans, milestones, obstacles, and timelines is only part of what it takes to get a large-size project coordinated and accomplished. Stakeholder involvement, communications, and concepts toward a "storytelling" approach have been at the forefront of our plans. Aligned with the vision for UMass Boston, a research university with a teaching soul, having a strong sense of community and diversity in an urban environment is just a small part of what constitutes UMass Boston.
