Classroom audiovisual equipment can be challenging for faculty to use. Difficult configurations can cause faculty to not use the equipment or to rely heavily on A/V support staff to enable them to use these systems in teaching their classes. In this presentation, we'll discuss Bay Path College's implementation of the Utelogy software-based, network control system for A/V equipment and its impact on our faculty and IT and A/V support staff.
