Finding and Implementing a Student Response System to Meet Everyone's Needs

This poster will examine the conditions leading up to and surrounding a change in student response systems at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Product evaluation processes will be shared, as well as pilot data and lessons learned regarding a switch from a bookstore/loaner hardware model to a bookstore/virtual model. Specific points addressed will include feature comparisons, documentation and training, technical considerations, and pedagogical implications. Faculty and student survey data will also be included.
