Immunity to Change

Wednesday, March 14 | 4:40PM–5:30PM | Room 551
Session Type: NC12
Harvard psychologists Bob Keegan and Lisa Lahey have researched adult development for decades and have developed the very powerful and usable Immunity to Change method to help people improve in cases where they have a clear goal in mind but aren't making progress (the so-called New Year's Resolution problem). We'll guide participants in a safe, relaxed atmosphere, using the group method Keegan and Lahey have pioneered and refined over the years. The presenters include facilitators formally trained in the Immunity to Change process.
