Migrating from Exchange to Google Apps: A Better Pilot Migration

The Boston Conservatory is in the middle of a migration to Google Apps; in fact, we're nearly done. We've learned a lot along the way. While largely successful, we experienced many "gotchas" or "things no one told us" along the way. Many of these issues could have been captured, resolved, or understood if we had better designed our pilot migration. The purpose of this presentation is to share not only our methodology and results but also the project management "better practices" we developed along the way.
