Tuesday, March 13 | 12:30PM–1:20PM | Room 551
Session Type: NC12
There's a wonderful and rich field of research on learning at work, filled with all sorts of inspiring examples, best practices, and good ideas for building a learning organization, but who has time to read it? This proposal will share the top-ten lessons learned from organizational learning research and the results of a December 2011 survey on the topic. We'll engage in an interactive group discussion about whether your workplace culture emphasizes learning and how you might implement some of the research lessons in your local environment.
