Jamming on concepts about minimal structure, allowing for maximum autonomy, and the need for active listening and "followership" explored in Frank Barrett's Yes to the Mess: Surprising Leadership Lessons from Jazz, we will explore how at Berklee College of Music we designed and then matured our reporting service as a tool that a broad range of users could use to steward their own data and also collaborate with each other to manage data interdependencies.
