Sealing the Cracks: Experiences and Outcomes Implementing the Starfish Retention Solutions

We will discuss the recurring retention issues within higher education and the steps we took at Regis College to choose Starfish, a software package to aid in our efforts to combat retention problems. Additionally, we will discuss the implementation strategies of this new software package and how and why we chose a week-by-week implementation plan. We will present Starfish's benefits in and out of the classroom in our retention efforts as well as where we are going from here.
