This session is designed to offer a hands-on, highly interactive introduction to emerging tools and explore their potential impact for professional development and the classroom. The "mobile tsunami" has arrived on campus. From phones with camera, audio, and browsing capabilities to handheld devices for music, books, and multimedia, mobile devices are increasingly being used to access information and break down the walls of the classroom by making course content available anytime, anywhere. This session will showcase mobile technology projects and applications and offer a quick tour of the mobile landscape on campuses.
