Are you trying to encourage team efforts and foster a more cooperative learning environment, one that will naturally increase the knowledge base of the student employee? When success is being achieved by a group effort, individual achievements will soon follow. Our Consultant Program focuses on a team environment in an academic and professional setting. It is utilizing this youthful work force in an effort to achieve optimum customer satisfaction while guiding and teaching these student employees within both these environments.


OBJECTIVES: Experience learner-centered approaches for support-level student employees * Learn strategies for identifying student needs and expectations that provide insight into techniques and strategies that foster motivation in young professionals * Explore and experience instructional strategies for addressing the learning challenges and opportunities for support services in a university setting
