SEM01-Building an Internal Professional Development Program for IT (separate registration required)

Boston University's central IT organization, Information Services and Technology (IS&T), is in its second year of a professional development program focused on business skills. The presenters will give an overview of the program's creation, including how it was developed entirely in house with a limited budget. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in some professional development training that was used in the program. The goal is to provide resources and ideas that you and your organization can use to create a professional development program for your staff.
