How do you create and maintain a self-service client portal? In this session, we will review some of the common building blocks and components that all great client portals share. The session will include examples from other higher ed client portals, including samples of their service catalogs and knowledge bases. We will also go over the need for accessibility and responsive web design in self-service websites.
