Why create interactive dashboards as one of the first steps of your business Intelligence implementation? This presentation will discuss strategies for developing an implementation roadmap for purchased BI solutions. We will explore how integrating end-user rollout and outreach strategies consistently from the get-go can champion your analytics program. We will share our successes and challenges at Wellesley College during the implementation of Blackboard Analytics and how we arrived at a place where there is now a high demand for self-service BI, including a live demo of our dashboard tool for illustrating how this fits in with our rollout strategy.
