Few projects are as emotionally and politically charged—and with such high stakes—as an institution's website redesign. The website is the most public representation of the institution and one of the most influential factors in students' decision to attend. Presenters from Framingham State University and its Boston-based web design firm iFactory will share their story and tactics on creating a new version of Framingham.edu on a new web platform that evokes the same strong sense of community felt on campus.

OUTCOMES: Understand how to implement a successful website redesign project * Learn how data, communication, and a proven methodology help drive the decision-making process * Understand how a distributed work model can achieve success
