This interactive roundtable session will explore the use of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies within higher education. After a high-level overview of how GW employs these methodologies today, including examples of successes and struggles, participants will share their experiences, examples, and opinions on usage of these methodologies within their own organizations through guided discussions. Questions to explore include: What are examples of the usage of these methodologies within your organization? How do you make decisions on which methodology to use? How do you train and maintain skillsets for your project teams on these methodologies?


Outcomes: Explore the difference between agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies * Learn how to address the advantages and disadvantages of each methodology * Share tools and tips about using or considering these methodologies
