Organizations now realize that business continuity plans are “must haves.” Instead of a slow-and-steady approach, Prince George's Community College went whole hog and wrote a business continuity plan in only five months. While this was a huge step, the next step—testing—is equally important and difficult. The University of Rochester will discuss the hurdles they faced testing the plan.
