Cybersecurity Incident Response: Needs of a Modern Incident Response Program

There's no question that organizations of all sizes face a significant threat from information security breaches. Cyberattacks have become more commonplace and more sophisticated with each passing year. The Ponemon Institute recently conducted a study to examine organizations' computer security incident response preparedness. Most organizations represented in this study had at least one security incident and expect another will occur in the near future. The study also found that most organizations are not as prepared as they should be. In this session we will discuss the survey findings and how they impact risk management, as well as steps that can be taken to improve incident response procedures.
