Why struggle with issues alone when you can learn from the experience of your peers? Representatives from the UF, Penn, Virginia Tech, and the University of Tampa will discuss common risk management issues encountered in higher education. Topics will include choosing a risk framework, managing asset inventory and categorization, and establishing a common vocabulary, as well as various governance issues such as identifying who has the authority to accept risk. Creative solutions and Jedi mind tricks will be presented. In order to best address your concerns, this interactive session will involve some real-time polling, so bring your cell phone.
