The CISO Leadership Boot Camp will broaden perspectives and help develop leadership abilities, enabling CISOs and other experienced senior information security leaders to assume greater leadership roles within their institutions. Successful CISOs actively cultivate professional relationships with stakeholders throughout the institution to identify information security, privacy, and risk priorities; garner needed resources; and lead change. Topics may include how to create an elevator speech, how to create a sustainable budget, structuring your organization, reporting lines, contract negotiations, and real-life scenarios. You will have the opportunity to select topics that are meaningful to you and worth a deeper dive.
