All forum sessions and meals will take place at Deloitte University North. Hotel accommodations for 2 nights (Sunday, June 23 and Monday, June 24) will be at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, and are included in the registration fee for this forum.
Please note reservation policies: All Deloitte University guests will stay at the Deloitte University (DU) residence on select floors of the Fairmont Royal York Hotel for the two nights of the program, June 23 and June 24. If you require hotel accommodations at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel outside of these 2 nights, you can indicate that on your registration*. Please indicate which night(s) you'll require a room during your registration process. Reminder: hotel accommodations for the two program nights are included in your registration fee. Any additional nights outside of June 23 and June 24 are subject to availability and at your own expense. All charges must be settled with the hotel upon check out.

Union Pearson Express (35 minute ride from airport)
For those registrants flying in to the Toronto Pearson International airport, ground transportation vouchers for the Union Pearson (UP) Express air rail service from the airport to the UP Express Union Station will be emailed to you prior to the forum. The Fairmont Royal York hotel is a 4-minute walk from Union Station.
When arriving at Toronto Pearson, please follow the "Train to City" signs and proceed to the Union Pearson Express rail link located in Terminal 1, directly adjacent to the Link Train service linking Terminals 1 and 3. The trip to Toronto Union Station takes 25 minutes and is included as part of your DU experience.
The UP Express from Toronto Pearson, VIA Rail, and the regional GO train all arrive to Toronto Union Station. Union Station is also connected to the Royal York underground through the Toronto PATH.
For those flying in to other airports, a shuttle service is available, as follows:
The free Porter shuttle from Toronto Billy Bishop arrives directly to the Fairmont Royal York Hotel. The shuttle is sponsored by Porter Airlines but is a free service for all passengers at Toronto Billy Bishop airport.
Expense claims for rental cars will not be accepted. If you choose to rent a car, the rental and fuel expenses will be your personal responsibility.
