The maturation of digitalization in higher education raises technology, organizational, and leadership challenges for CIOs. Many institutions will need to refactor their ways of doing business, replacing a set of linear, transactional relationships with a more ecosystem-based approach.

This webinar analyses the results of a Gartner survey of CIOs, in which many EDUCAUSE members participated. It is part of the ongoing Gartner-EDUCAUSE relationship, in which the two organizations collaborate and exchange value for the benefit of our field.
