Creating and Testing BC/DR Plans

Learn how to create a contingency response plan that helps your organization continue institutional operations during and after a disaster, or recover from an incident after a devastating disaster or event. This session will focus first on the steps in creating a business continuity/disaster recovery plan, and then focus on how to review, refine, and test contingency plans.
