AI for Higher Education Staff is an engaging online program designed for higher education professionals who want to build confidence using AI in practical, job-relevant ways. The program introduces foundational AI concepts and explores how AI can support administrative work, project coordination, workflow automation, and data management learning, and professional growth while keeping human judgment, accountability, and relationships at the center.
Through a combination of asynchronous modules and live discussion sessions, participants will explore real-world applications of AI, experiment with tools in low-stakes ways, and learn strategies for integrating AI into daily workflows. Live sessions provide opportunities to share experiences, discuss emerging questions, and learn from peers across roles and departments.
Whether participants are new to AI or have some prior experience, the program encourages learners to start where they are, build comfort through experimentation, and develop a thoughtful, evolving approach to working with AI. The program includes five modules and four live sessions and takes approximately 5–6 hours to complete.
NOTE: Participants will have access to the program for 1 year.
