The presenters will discuss the opportunities and challenges of adopting the FIPSE-funded Quality Matters project, an interinstitutional continuous improvement model for ensuring the quality of online courses. Multiple institutional perspectives will be represented highlighting a range of implementation issues from faculty training and buy-in to course development and establishing a culture of commitment to quality.
