The University of Cincinnati's community-endorsed road map for transitioning traditional cost-recovery funding strategies to more contemporary financial models is working. This presentation will include an analysis of a variety of funding models, selection of the one that addresses critical business issues best, and discussion of the leadership methodology used to gain community support.
