The DPubS Development Project: Building an Open Source Electronic Publishing System

The DPubS development project, a partnership between libraries at Cornell and Penn State, aims to provide libraries, university presses, and other independent publishers with an open-source online publishing system. This presentation will describe the functionality and uses of DPubS and its proposed development, implementation, and business plans.
